Rings: 2x Sojs

Swap: 6BO CTA - Spirit Monarch/Lidless
Inventory: 9x Lifer PnB GCs, or FHR, or +Strength [If you going to use Spirit Monarch or some alternate gear and need strength]
20-5 SCs, or just 5's or just 20's, whatever floats your boat

Amulet: Storm Circlet/Nice ass Necro Ammy with Skills/Strength/Resis/FCR/+ mods. [You want the amulet to be in a way that when someone looks at it they say: !@$% !%$#ING NICE MAN!!!, or just 'nice ammy' is fine.]
Swap: 6BO CTA - Spirit Monarch/Lidless
Inventory: 9x Lifer PnB GCs, or FHR, or +Strength [If you going to use Spirit Monarch or some alternate gear and need strength]

POISON NOVA SYNERGIES: MAX

LOWER RESIS: As you see fit, at least ONE.

CLAY GOLEM: 1

SUMMON RESIST: As you see fit, at least ONE.

REVIVES/SKELETONS: As you see fit, at least ONE in all, these will make life so much easier when you get the enemy to 1 hp, just teleport on them and leave your summons to do the rest, don't need to chase the son-of-a-bitch down with your slow ass Poison Nova. [Having 125% FCR semi-erases this problem as your teleport speed is more than enough to make up for the speed of the Poison Nova]

Alternate:

FIRE GOLEM: To have his aura kill the enemy, which doesn't always work.

BONESPEAR SYNERGIES: MAX


I would have given more detailed explanations to the item choices, but I'm sure you can figure it out, that being said if you see my guide is messed up in any way feel free to comment and fix it up, I did it in a rush there has got to be something messed up somewhere.
